جمعية العقبة للاستدامة البيئية (ASES) جمعية بيئية غير ربحية مسجّلة في الأردن (الرقم الوطني 420235983). تنظّم هذه الصفحة استخدامك للموقع والخدمات، وتوضّح طبيعتنا غير الربحية وسياساتنا المالية وسياسة الإرجاع. The Aqaba Society for Environmental Sustainability (ASES) is a registered non-profit environmental NGO in Jordan (Reg. No. 420235983). These terms govern your use of the site and services and explain our non-profit nature, financial policy, and refund policy.

١) منصّة غير ربحية1) A non-profit platform

ASES لا تعمل لتحقيق الربح. كل ما يُجمع من تبرّعات أو مبيعات (كالشتلات) أو رعايات أو رسوم خدمات يُوجَّه لدعم رسالتنا البيئية في حماية الشعاب المرجانية والتشجير وإعادة التدوير والتوعية. لا يوجد مالكون أو مساهمون يتقاضون أرباحاً. ASES does not operate for profit. All donations, sales (such as seedlings), sponsorships, or service fees go toward our environmental mission — coral protection, reforestation, recycling, and awareness. There are no owners or shareholders taking profit.

٢) الرسوم تكاليف تشغيلية2) Fees are operational costs

أي مبلغ يُخصم أو رسوم تُحصَّل (على الشتلات أو الخدمات أو الفعاليات أو غيرها) هي تكاليف تشغيلية فقط — تغطّي العمالة والمواد واللوجستيات واستمرار البرامج — ويُعاد استثمار أي فائض في المشاريع البيئية. لا تُعامَل أي رسوم كأرباح. Any amount charged or fees collected (on seedlings, services, events, etc.) are operational costs only — covering labour, materials, logistics, and keeping our programs running — and any surplus is reinvested into environmental projects. No fee is treated as profit.

٣) التبرّعات3) Donations

التبرّعات تُستخدم لدعم المشروع الذي تختاره أو برامج الجمعية العامة. التبرّع تطوّعي وغير قابل للاسترداد بطبيعته بمجرّد توجيهه للمشروع وبدء التنفيذ، إلا في حال وجود خطأ واضح في المبلغ — عندها تواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام. Donations support the project you choose or our general programs. Donations are voluntary and, by nature, non-refundable once allocated to a project and work has begun — except for a clear payment error, in which case contact us within 7 days.

٤) سياسة الإرجاع والإلغاء — المشتل والخدمات4) Refund & cancellation — nursery & services

• الشتلات والمنتجات: يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل التجهيز/التسليم لاسترداد كامل. النباتات كائنات حيّة، لذا لا يُقبل الإرجاع بعد التسليم إلا في حال تلف واضح عند الاستلام (يُبلَّغ خلال 48 ساعة مع صور).Seedlings & products: orders may be cancelled before preparation/delivery for a full refund. Plants are living organisms, so returns are not accepted after delivery except for clear damage on receipt (report within 48 hours with photos).
• الخدمات (تصميم/تشجير/ري...): يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء العمل أو شراء المواد. بعد البدء تُحتسب التكاليف الفعلية المنفَّذة فقط.Services (design/landscaping/irrigation…): a request may be cancelled before work begins or materials are purchased. After commencement, only the actual costs incurred are charged.
• الفعاليات: ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، التسجيل في الفعاليات مجاني وقابل للإلغاء في أي وقت.Events: unless stated otherwise, event registration is free and can be cancelled anytime.
• نقاط ومكافآت: النقاط أداة تفاعل تشجيعية لا قيمة نقدية لها ولا تُستبدَل بنقود.Points & rewards: points are an engagement incentive with no cash value and are not exchangeable for money.

٥) الحسابات والاستخدام المقبول5) Accounts & acceptable use

أنت مسؤول عن دقّة بياناتك وسرّية حسابك. يُمنع استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو يضرّ بعمل المنصّة. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the confidentiality of your account. The site may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others’ rights, or to harm the platform’s operation.

٦) الملكية الفكرية والمسؤولية6) Intellectual property & liability

محتوى الموقع وعلاماته مملوكة لـ ASES أو مرخّصة لها. نقدّم الموقع «كما هو» ونبذل جهداً معقولاً لدقّة المعلومات دون ضمان خلوّها من الأخطاء. Site content and marks are owned by or licensed to ASES. The site is provided “as is”; we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant it is error-free.

٧) القانون الناظم والتعديلات7) Governing law & changes

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. قد نُحدّث هذه السياسات من حينٍ لآخر، ويسري التحديث فور نشره على هذه الصفحة. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We may update these policies from time to time; updates take effect once published on this page.
