محطات رصد ثابتة على شعاب العقبة، تُصوَّر وتُقاس بالطريقة نفسها في كل جولة، ليصبح تغيّر حال الشعاب مرئياً مبكراً لا بعد فوات الأوان. يديرها غوّاصون متطوّعون مدرَّبون من أبناء المدينة.Fixed survey stations on Aqaba's reefs, photographed and measured the same way every round, so change on the reef becomes visible early rather than too late. Run by trained volunteer divers from the city itself.

زراعة أشجار محلية متحمّلة للجفاف في ساحات مدارس العقبة وأحيائها ومساحاتها العامة. لا ينتهي عملنا يوم الزراعة: كل شجرة يرافقها جدول سقاية وزيارات ميدانية طوال سنتها الأولى حتى ترسّخ جذورها.Planting drought-tolerant native trees in Aqaba's school yards, neighbourhoods and public spaces. Our work does not end on planting day — every tree gets a watering schedule and field checks through its first year, until its roots take hold.

في المدارس التي لا تملك حاويات مخصّصة، تنتهي النفايات مختلطة في المكبّ رغم أن جزءاً كبيراً منها ورق وكرتون وعبوات يسهل فرزها. يُجهّز المشروع خمس مدارس حكومية في العقبة بمحطات فرز، ويدرّب الطلبة والكوادر، ويوثّق في سجلّ شهري ما جرى فرزه فعلاً.Where a school has no dedicated bins, its waste ends up buried mixed — even though much of it is paper, cardboard and containers that are easy to separate. This project equips five public schools with sorting stations, trains students and staff, and keeps a monthly log of what is actually recovered.

تسجيل مشاهدات السلاحف والأنواع البحرية على ساحل العقبة، وانتشال خيوط الصيد والشِباك المهجورة من المواقع الضحلة وحواف الشعاب، وتدريب الغوّاصين ومراكز الغوص على التوثيق الصحيح والتصرّف السليم عند العثور على كائن عالق.Logging turtle and marine-life sightings along Aqaba's coast, clearing abandoned fishing line and nets from shallow sites and reef edges, and training divers and dive centres to document properly and respond correctly to an entangled animal.

حملة ميدانية للحدّ من البلاستيك أحادي الاستخدام في العقبة: أيام تنظيف للشواطئ مع فرز ما يُجمع في الموقع، وبدائل قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام للعائلات والباعة الصغار، وورش مدرسية تتابع رحلة كيس بلاستيكي من الرصيف إلى الشعاب.A field campaign to cut single-use plastic in Aqaba: shoreline clean-up days with on-site sorting, reusable alternatives for families and small vendors, and school workshops that trace a plastic bag's route from the pavement to the reef.

نادٍ بيئي في كل مدرسة مشاركة: معلّم مشرف مدرَّب، ومجموعة طلابية، وحقيبة عمل تبقى في المدرسة، وخطة تمتدّ عاماً دراسياً كاملاً. يختار الطلبة مشروعهم بأنفسهم — ركن أخضر بشتلات محلية، أو محطة فرز، أو تدقيق لاستهلاك مياه المدرسة — ثم ينفّذونه.An eco-club in every participating school: a trained supervising teacher, a student group, a working kit that stays behind, and a plan that runs a full academic year. The students choose and build their own project — a native-plant corner, a sorting station, an audit of the school's water use.
